We tell you where you stand in plain terms, including when the answer isn't the one you wanted. You'll know your realistic options, the likely cost, and the timeframe before you commit to anything.
Litigation is where this firm is strongest. When a matter is contested, urgent or commercially significant, we move quickly and we're comfortable running it to hearing if that's what it takes.
Contract disputes, shareholder conflicts and commercial claims. We assess your position honestly, then negotiate or litigate depending on what serves you.
Company structures, shareholder agreements, contracts & business sales. Practical advice anticipating the dispute rather than waiting for it to arrive.
Local Court through to appeal. Charges, bail applications, drink and drug driving, licence appeals and woork license. Urgent matters answered the same day.
Unfair dismissal, general protections, redundancy and restraint of trade. Acting for employees and employers. Strict twenty-one day deadlines apply. Fair Work Commission.
Separation, property settlement, parenting arrangements and de facto claims. Clear advice at a difficult time, without inflaming the dispute.
Wills, powers of attorney, probate and estate administration. Structured properly the first time, so your family isn't left arguing.
Group claims where many people have suffered the same loss. We assess viability, funding and whether joining is worth your time.
Court agent appearances for other law firms across NSW. Fixed fees, same-day written reports, and a solicitor who knows the registry.
Many practice areas, senior people in each. Most matters stay in-house rather than being referred on.
Accredited Specialists in criminal law. Six decades of NSW practice between the three of us. The people named on this site are the people doing the work.
We advise as though the matter might end up in court, because sometimes it does. That changes what gets documented, what gets conceded, and how early we move.
Written disclosure and an estimate before we start. If the number moves, you hear it from us at the time — not when the invoice lands.
One phone number, one email, one solicitor. No switchboard, no case reference number, no waiting to find out who's handling your file.

You'll speak to a solicitor, not an intake team. We'll ask enough about the matter to tell you whether we can help, what the next steps look like, and what's likely to be involved. If we're not the right firm for it, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
It depends on the matter, but you won't be guessing. Before any work starts you'll receive a written costs disclosure setting out our rates, an estimate of total costs, and how you'll be billed. If that estimate changes materially, we tell you at the time — not in the invoice.
For some work, yes. Agency appearances, wills and estate planning, and defined pieces of advice can all be quoted as a fixed fee. Litigation is harder to fix, because the other side controls half the timetable, but we'll give you a realistic estimate stage by stage.
Tell us the deadline when you call. Court dates, criminal charges, injunctions and Fair Work claims all run to strict timeframes, and some are as short as twenty-one days. We would much rather hear from you early than take on something already out of time.
Yes. You'll have one solicitor responsible for your matter from the first call to the end of it. You won't be handed between people or find that the person who knows your file has left the conversation.
Yes. We're based in the Sydney CBD and act throughout New South Wales, including regional courts and registries. A lot of the work runs by phone, video and email, so distance is rarely the obstacle people expect.
That's not a problem. You're entitled to change solicitors at any point, and we can take over a matter mid-stream. We'll ask for the file, review where things stand, and tell you honestly whether a change is worth making.
Yes. We appear as agents for firms needing representation at NSW courts — mentions, adjournments, directions hearings and bail applications — at fixed fees, with a written report the same day.
Leave your name and number. A lawyer calls you back, tells you where you stand and what happens next. No charge, no obligation.
Twenty minutes with a lawyer. You'll leave the call knowing where you stand, what your options are, and what the first step costs.
